I threw the Menu Plan out...
Last week I had a fully planned-out Menu Plan, and instead decided to take a last minute trip to visit my family. It was a much needed time away from the routine of everyday.
So, we'll be incorporating last week's menu plan for this week. And since I have most everything still in my freezer or pantry, that also means I have very little grocery shopping to do this week! I can't tell you how much this thrills me!!

Menu Plan Thursday - Fresh & New!
